Update & Latest News: Land  Poling  Policy – Delhi MPD 2021

  • Ministry of urban Development vide their nitifiction S.O (E) dated 5th September 2013 have approved land pooling policy. The policy is applicable in proposed urbanised areas of the urban extensions for which zonal plans have been approved.
  • Ministry of urban Development approves the regulations fir Operationalisation of the land pooling policy of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) with amendments on  27th May 2015.
  • Lieutenant Governor, Delhi has allowed transfer if ownership of Gram Sabha Land in 95 Villages identified for implementing Land Pooling to Delhi Government’s revenue department on 29th October 2015.
  • Delhi State Government transfers these Gram sabha Land in 95 villages, to it’s revenue department on  15th November 2015
