Divya Sanchar welfare Society ( दिव्य संचार वेल्फेयर सोसाइटी )
Divya Sanchar Welfare Society has been conceptualized by Central Goverment Officers. The primary aim of this society is to provide a highly modernized and unmatched quality dwelling units for its members. Members from Central Government/ State Government, PSUs/Banks their friends and relatives are eligible.
The very basis of the society roots from the Land Pooling Policy, announced by DDA during last year. As per this, land in Residential-Zones, which have already been defined by DDA, can be procured by the Societies. The said land will be handed over to DDA for the development purpose. The DDA, after development will return nearly 50% of the land to the society. Subsequent to this, the society will construct the dwelling units on the returned land including 15% dwelling units for EWS as per DDA Land Pooling Policy.
The society aims to procure the land in “L” -Zone, which falls under West/South-West of Delhi. The society initially plans to enroll about 150 numbers of members.
The society will provide the dwelling units at “No Profit No Loss Basis”.
